It is also available on other operating systems. But there is a thing that we face when making calls on Skype from our device the volume of the call and also the device is turned down 50% or 80%. After so many updates, Skype now became a little bit complex for general users. They sometimes find it difficult to find the saving file directory of Skype.

Method to Stop Skype From Lowering Volume

There is a method to solve the problem. The steps are given below

  1. At first, you have to click on the search option which is the bottom left of the PC screen.
  2. You have to search ‘Control Panel’ in this place.

3. After the Control Panel window will be opened. You have to select the Hardware and Sound option from the screen. You can read this article if you are interested to accelerate your hardware performance.

4. Then another screen of the options will be opened. In this, you have to click on the Sound option.

5. You have to click on the ‘Communication’ tab which is on the right corner.

6. In this you have to click on the option ‘Do Nothing’.

7. Then you can select ‘Apply’ button and also ‘Ok’ button to finalize.

After this, the volume of your device will not be lowered after making calls.

You can find your friends or clients easily on Skype and are able to video call, message, or just phone call. Joining a meeting on Skype is very easy. The made phone calls on Skype can also be recorded by following some easy steps. In Skype, you can block or report annoying people whom you don’t want to send or receive messages. The sent messages can be deleted by following some easy steps. You can also close the Skype app in Windows which we think won’t be a problem.
