Simply, you have to refresh the existing tab of your browser. Accordingly, the timeout screen will be over, and you can upload the video errorlessly.
If the error does not work, you will move to the next fixes as well.
Fix 2: Upload Video by Using Another Tab
Another simple way that you can follow to fix the error will be to upload a video on Youtube through another tab of the same browser.
To execute the fix-
Firstly, open the tab and browse your Youtube channel.
Secondly, select the recently uploaded video.
Thirdly, add details to the selected video and click on the ‘Publish’.
Finally, the video will be published. You just need to close the previous tab.
If the fix is not applicable from your side, you will have some other options to resolve the issue.
Fix 3: Use a Single Account
When you use multiple accounts at once while uploading a video on Youtube, there is a very possible chance to occur an error.
If it is valid for you, need to sign out from all other accounts except only the Youtube channel account where you want to upload the video.

Fix 4: Clear Browsing Data

Look at the right corner of your browser. You will see the three-dotted Kebab menu. Click on it. Accordingly, several options including ‘History’ will appear on the interface. Expand the option and click on ‘History’.
After that, give your concentration on the left top side. Here you will see the ‘Clear browsing data’ section. You have to click on it.
Consequently, the related window will become evident. From here, you need to select the ‘Time range’ and the portions you want to delete from history. Then tap the ‘Clear data’ tab.

Fix 5: Remove Extensions from Browser
Browser Extensions are the biggest culprit that causes the error. Extensions like ‘Video Download Helper’ and ‘Down Them All’ are two of them. If the fix does not relate to your condition, you need to apply a couple of other options.
Fix 6: Upload Video Through Alternate Browser
It can also happen that the browser itself causes the error. So you need to try to publish the video on Youtube through an alternate browser. It is unpopular but can be helpful.

Fix 7: Verify Youtube Account
When none of the upper fixes succeed, you will have to verify your Youtube Account. You need to follow the below steps to do so.
Then you have to verify your account through your phone. Select the option how you want to verify, either through text message or voice message.
After that, select your country and give the phone number. Then click on the ‘GET CODE’ tab.
Consequently, you will receive a message with a verification code at your given phone number. You get either text or voice according to your selection. Here you have to enter your 6-digit verification code. Then click on the ‘SUBMIT’ tab.
