If you are a Samsung user, then you have to follow the following steps.
At first, you have to pull down the notification bar from the top of your home screen. There you will get the gear button and you have to tap on it.
Then you will get a new page called settings and you have to scroll a little down. There you will get applications option and you have to click on it.
There you will get the Application manager option and you will get a more option on the top of the page. By clicking on it, you will get App on the top option. You have to click on the option.
You will get the apps with toggle option and only by clicking on those options you can easily disable screen overlay.

How to Disable Screen Overlay in LG Devices
At first, you have to pull down the notification bar to have easy access to settings. In the settings, you have to scroll a little bit to have the apps option.

When you explore the apps section, you will get a three-dot overflow option, and clicking on it you will get the Configure apps option. Now you have to go with this option and there you will get the Draw over other apps. By clicking on it you have to go to the apps which have access to screen overlay. You can now disable as well as enable this feature.
