 From File Properties

  •  At first you have to find the file you want to file.
  • Then you have to right-click on the file that you want to delete
  • A pop-up window will be appeared.
  • You have to click on Properties
  • A page will be opened. You have to select Security
  • Then in list you have to click on the option of permission that you want to allow. 
  • Sometimes the permission can be denied. It means that it is done from third party.

From Account Control

You have to go to Start

• Then you have to click on Settings 

• From the option you can select Control Panel

  • A page of menu will be opened. You have to select User Accounts.
  • Then you have to click on “Change User Account Control Settings
  • You have to turn on “Never Notify” option
  • After the process is finished, you have to reboot the device.

Ownership of Files and Folders

  • From drop down menu you have to select Properties and then Security 
  • After this you have to select Advanced 
  • You can select Owner
  •  In this you have to click on Edit
  • Then you have to click on  Administrators 
  • You have to select the box beside Replace owner on sub containers & objects
  • Then you can click on Apply
  •  It takes some time. After it finishes, you have select OK on all the boxes.
  • After this you have to again right click on Program Files 
  • From drop down menu you have to select Properties and then Security 
  • After this you have to select Advanced 
  • Then you have to select Change Permission
  • You have to click on Administrators and then Edit
  • Then you can select Apply the file folder
  • Then you have to tik in Full Control which is under the Allow column 
  • Finally you can click and then Apply
  • Then a box will be  found minimized. You have to open this and click ok
  • After all this you have to reboot the device.
